Replies within two working days

If you left an email address, the reply will go there. If you did not, the message still reaches us and still gets acted on, but we have no way to write back.

Quick answers

Change the topics I picked

Open Profile from the feed, then Your topics. Tick or untick areas and press Save. The feed only shows lessons from the topics you keep there, so keep at least one.
Stop seeing a book

Open the menu on any card from that book and choose Not interested in this book. Its cards fall away from your feed. Liking a card does the opposite: the feed stays with that book and shows its lessons in order.
Turn the daily reminder off, or on

In Profile, under Learning, switch Remind me to read. Turning it off erases the notification token from our side straight away. If the switch says it is turned off in your phone's settings, allow notifications for Loup Learn there first.
Change my daily goal

In Profile, under Learning, tap Daily goal and pick a new number of minutes. Today's progress is kept.
Change my choice about ads and analytics

In Profile, under Privacy, open Privacy options. You can withdraw or give consent again at any time. Section 5 of the privacy policy explains what each choice controls.
Delete everything about me

Loup Learn has no account and never asks for your name, so the only thing that ties data to you is your anonymous ID. Copy it from Profile, About, Your ID and send it with the form above, choosing "My data", or by email. Everything tied to that ID is deleted within a month, usually much sooner.

We cannot act on a request without the ID, because we have no other way to find your data.
Report a card that goes too far

If you hold rights in a book and believe a card exceeds a paraphrase or fair quotation, send the card's opening line and the book title with "A card is wrong" chosen above. Include your name, the work concerned, the basis of your claim and a statement that you are authorised to act for the rights holder. We review promptly and retire the card where warranted.

To the book's page at an online bookshop, in your browser. These are ordinary links today. We are not in any affiliate programme and earn nothing when you buy.
